For many years, he served as the official hometown Santa Claus of Saint Albans, West Virginia — a role filled with tradition, community spirit, and generations of Christmas memories. Although he still returns to Saint Albans whenever he can, new adventures and fresh Christmas cheer have brought him to Longs, South Carolina, just minutes from Little River, Loris, North Myrtle Beach, and Myrtle Beach. He is also a short drive from Calabash, Tabor City, and Whiteville, North Carolina.

Simply Saint Nick is a devout Christian Santa who proudly brings the message of Christ into every aspect of his work in the red suit. For more than forty years, he has dedicated his life to sharing Christmas Spirit with those who need joy, hope, and encouragement during the holiday season.

In 2020, he was honored with induction into the International Santa Claus Hall of Fame, recognizing his decades of service, authenticity, and ministry‑minded approach to portraying Santa Claus.

He has also written a book about his journey in the red suit, Simply Saint Nick – My Life as a Real‑Life Christian Santa Claus.
